MITF Academic Track

Study in English for an MA Education while you teach English in Israel

The MASA Israel Teaching Fellowship (MITF) is a unique program where English-speakers from around the world come explore Israel, live within the communities, and teach English at the local schools. As a MITF participant, you’ll contribute to improving the Israeli education system and help Israeli children.

Don’t miss the unique opportunity to sign up for the MASA Israel Teaching Fellowship – a 10-months teaching internship and educational program – and earn a Master’s degree in Education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s Melton Centre at the same time.

The key advantage of distance learning is its flexibility. You determine what hours of the week you study and complete assignment. More so, you may choose to lighten your study load and add another relaxed semester of online studies, which you complete after your Israel Teaching Fellowship is over.

  • For college graduates under the age of 35 looking to teach English in Israeli schools. (Must meet the MASA admissions requirements to qualify)
  • MASA Israel Teaching Fellows receive:
    • flight,
    • accommodation,
    • medical insurance
    • monthly stipend (2,500-5,500 NIS),

    • and more
